We are looking for an entry level Insurance Operations Specialist to help manage internal operations and act as a project manager and project coordinator between departments, clients and upper management. You will organize data, process, reporting, finance and other responsibilities as needed. The right candidate for this role will be highly professional, task orientated and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. This position has a competitive salary with additional incentives and growth.


  • Prepare filing submissions, monitor status to ensure legal compliance, and assist in processing client review reports
  • Review cost estimates with claims and be sure review service and claim agreements
  • Examine damages to determine extent of claim and process under standard guidelines
  • Evaluate practicality of claim as opposed to payment of market value of before incident
  • Determine salvage value on total-loss and write the corresponding report to file claim
  • You will be responsible for policy forms, endorsements and rate/rule manuals
  • Estimate parts and labor to repair damage, using standard pricing metrics, cost and associated risk values
  • Handle agent and client calls and questions promptly
  • Maintain computerized coverage information and help to expedite claims verifications
  • Act as liaison between the carriers, clients and the company
  • Coordinate projects between teams of employees from different departments and companies (claims underwriting, risk management, etc.)
  • Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
  • Research and Provide information using computers and computer system
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for reporting system
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and preform backup operations
