We are currently recruiting an Enterprise Sales Executive. This role will consult with clients to promote, present and implement service solutions to solve a variety of customer problems and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or geographic region. The sales executive will also develop new and manage existing accounts within that territory.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Work collaboratively with customers to ensure that you stay on the same path towards mutually successful results that satisfy and solve their needs
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications
  • Identify and overcome objections. Ask for the order
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
  • Maintain customer records, using automated systems
  • Identify prospective customers by using internet based business directories, following leads from existing clients, using social media, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing. Monitor progress of order to make sure customer is satisfied
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies, marketing information, handling objections and asking for the order

Requirements
