We are currently recruiting an Executive Recruiter. For this role we need someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and loves to win!  The ideal candidate will have an accounting & finance or sales background with strong interpersonal skills. We also look for candidates who are extroverted, compensation motivated, possess a competitive drive, strong work ethic, and have strong sales ability.  To be successful in this position you need to have a natural curiosity about business and a passion for exceptional client service.  As a recruiter you will be responsible for new business development calls into client companies as well as sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates with jobs and ultimately making placements.

This is a sales business, in order to be successful you must be able to make a large amount of phone calls and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.   • Manage and maintain the full recruiting process, which includes gathering information from clients and Account Manager to creating a recruitment strategy to fill an open position
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting
  • Maintain positive relationship with applicants through entire recruitment process to ensure high quality of candidate experience
  • Negotiate pay rates, salaries and terms
  • Responsible for interviewing candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
  • Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers/Executive team
  • Utilize an automated applicant tracking system in compliance with staffing requirement to support the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts to help identify, source and engage talented industry leaders
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
