Job Description

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our recruiting team here at Katapult. Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently source and screen candidates
  • Responsible for building networks of entry-level candidates through college recruiting activities
  • Help in preparing candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions and establishing expectations
  • Maintain positive relationship with applicants through entire recruitment process to ensure high quality of candidate experience
  • Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers and executive team
  • Hold phone and in-person interviews with candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
  • Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline and Talent Block
  • Partner with your direct Account Manager and internal team to identify correct candidate targets
  • Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Utilize an automated applicant tracking system in compliance with staffing requirement to support the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Some college, degrees program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related preferred but not required
